Textile Collage, Canadian Landscapes Inspiration
lesson objective
Through exploring the work of fabric artist Liz Pead, students will learn about her process of using old hockey gear, clothing, and equipment to construct landscapes inspired by Canada’s two well-known pastimes: hockey and landscape painting. Students will use the elements and principles of design to make their own landscape “fabric paintings” with textiles, fabric, and yarn.

For example, two different teachers can book lessons for the same day.
