Please note: This page and form is an initial sign-up only. After submission, a formal registration form will be sent to the email provided. Please ensure you receive and complete the formal registration form to finalize your child’s registration.-
Cancellations made 21 or more days before the start of camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 14–20 days before the start of camp will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of camp are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed days due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.
Medical Exceptions: In the case of serious illness or emergency, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion with documentation.

Camp programming ends at the scheduled dismissal time. In cases where pickup arrangements apply, we kindly ask that all children are picked up promptly.
A grace period of 10 minutes is provided after dismissal.
After this grace period, a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged.
Late fees are payable at pickup or may be invoiced.
Repeated late pickups may result in additional charges or impact registration.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
